Bronston served as an officer in the United States Navy before starting his professional career in operational leadership positions. His work in this field for 20 years has spanned multiple industries, including logistics, sales, healthcare, and technology. He has been a member of executive leadership teams for startups, mergers and acquisitions, and new product/market entry. Bronston is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and received a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Business. He has also received certificates from University of Villanova Six Sigma and Lean Program.
